All services are automatically activated once the Premium plan is purchased.
2. No Refund After Activation
Refunds are not applicable once the Premium membership is activated because:
- Shop website is instantly generated
- Premium features unlock immediately
- Digital service provisioning cannot be reversed
3. Valid Refund Scenarios
A refund may be considered only in the following cases:
- Payment deducted but Premium not activated
- Duplicate payment due to technical issue
- Service activation failure caused by a system error
In such cases, users must request support within 48 hours.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- User purchased Premium by mistake
- User decides they no longer need the service
- User misunderstood features that are clearly described
- Wrong information entered by the user
- User has used any premium feature after activation
5. Cancellation Policy
